Important Note Before Ordering
At Karigiri Fashions, we strive to provide best-quality products and a seamless shopping experience.
Please carefully check the size chart and colour options before placing your order. Because we do not offer exchanges for size issues, selecting the correct size initially is crucial.
Please also note:
Actual product colours may slightly differ from images due to lighting or screen settings. This will NOT be considered a valid reason for return or exchange.
Strict Non-Returnable Conditions
Please read carefully before placing your order. The following are NOT eligible for return or exchange:
- Product quality concerns — if product is delivered in proper condition
- Size or fit issues
- Colour mismatch — difference between product image and actual product
By placing an order with Karigiri Fashions, you agree to these conditions.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that minds change. Our cancellation policy depends on the shipment status.
Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Contact Customer Support immediately
- Prepaid orders receive a full refund to the original payment mode
After Shipment
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances
Exception: Customised or personalised products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
General Refund & Return Policy
- We do NOT offer monetary refunds or voluntary exchanges on delivered products
- All sales are final once the order is delivered
Returns and exchanges will NOT be accepted for:
- Size issues
- Colour differences
- Personal dislike or change of mind
- Product quality dissatisfaction — if item is not damaged
The only exception applies to damaged or incorrect items, as defined in the next section.
Limited Exchange Window — Only for Valid Cases
Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery. Applicable only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
The product must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- With original tags and packaging intact
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging. If you receive a damaged product, a manufacturing defect, or a wrong item — we will provide a free replacement.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Required
A complete, unedited unboxing video is compulsory to process any claim.
- Start recording before opening the parcel
- Show the sealed package clearly
- Record the full unboxing process
- Clearly show the defect or damage
No Video = No Claim Accepted
Claims made after delivery without video proof will be rejected.
If Your Claim is Approved
- Reverse pickup will be arranged by us
- Replacement will be shipped free of cost
Other Terms
Company-Initiated Cancellations
Karigiri Fashions reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, quality issues, or unforeseen circumstances. A full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
Fraudulent Activity
We reserve the right to cancel orders and suspend accounts in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
Shipping
Currently, Karigiri Fashions ships within India only. We do not accept international orders.
