Refund and Return Policy

At Karigiri Fashions, we strive to provide the best quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please take a moment to read through our policies regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges:

1. No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer any return or refund services. All sales are final once the payment is made.
2. Size/Product Exchange: If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or item, a shipping fee of INR 150 per product will apply.
3. Photo and Video Documentation: We request that customers take a video and a photo when the product is received. If there are concerns about incorrect or damaged products, please document the condition of the item. If the product is found to be wrong or damaged after delivery, we will not entertain any exchange requests.
4. Order Finalization: All orders are final once payment is confirmed. No cancellations, returns, or refunds will be processed after the order is confirmed.

Cancelling or Modifying Your Order (Within India)

If you need to cancel or modify your order (or specific items within it), please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to the following conditions:

• Exceptions:
  • We cannot process cancellations or modifications once the order has been dispatched.
  • Modifications are possible only if the requested product is available.
  • For pre-paid orders, any excess amount will be refunded.

Cancelling or Modifying Your Order (International Orders)

• We do not accept international orders.

Cancellation Policy

We follow a No Questions Asked cancellation policy based solely on whether the order has been shipped:

• If the order has not been shipped, we can assist you with the cancellation of the order or specific items.
• If the order has been dispatched, cancellations or modifications are not possible.

Exceptions:

• Customised items cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Karigiri Fashions reserves the right to cancel any order due to product quality issues or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

Suspicion of Fraudulent Activity

Karigiri Fashions reserves the right to cancel any order and suspend the associated account if we suspect fraudulent activity or any behavior that violates our terms and conditions. If we identify suspicious activity on an account or order, we may take immediate action, including canceling the order and suspending the account until further investigation is completed.
